There are two ponds, buildings, driveway. The cropland includes orchards, hoop houses, greenhouse, raised beds, forest garden. There is some tillable land also. Additional land could be planted with forest gardens or used for hay.

Quality of land:

The front acreage has good ground - rolling and partly wooded with some land usable for row crops and has existing hoop houses, greenhouse, barn, etc. This area has Rossmoyne and Hickory/Fairmont soils with an intermittent stream.. There is mostly Avonburg A, with some Clermont soil in the back 13 acre area - slowly sloping with a clay frigapan so doesn't drain well. 2 acre pond and hugglekulture mounds are here. We have farmed without chemicals of any kind for the past 10 years. Was used for hay in the back area and cattle in the front prior to that.

This is truly beautiful land in the Southeast corner of Warren County, Ohio and has been operated as a Permaculture Farm for the past 10 years.    The land is in two parcels which must be sold together or one would be land locked.  Included in the sale are solar panels totalling 3.0 KW with a new battery backup system.  There is public electric, water, phone, internet, etc. at the street.  We are selling due to illness in the family.

We have been raising fruits and veggies on the front section of this land since March, 2012. We have never used chemicals of any kind. There are two bee colonies which stay with the property. Several fruit trees and bushes are yielding very well.  Our produce has been sold at the Deerfield Farmers' Market in Warren County for the past 10 years.

The back area has fruit and nut trees/bushes as well as open land and the 2 acre pond.   There are 11 large hugglekulture mounds planted with Northern Pecan, Chinese Chestnut, Hazel, Butternut, Black Walnut, Pawpaw, Black Raspberries, Elderberries, Service Berries (Downy), Persimmon, Sassafras.  Some of these are producing; some are young yet.
