Seeking farm family partner to live and work next door to us for a few years with option to ultimately take over the business. This is an established urban farm with customer base and infrastructure. Ideal partner would come with farming experience and knowledge, but desire to work hard and learn about farming is more important as we are willing to train the right candidate(s).

Help us take our farm to the next level! We have poured lots of time, energy and money into growing our business and are considering the next steps to keep it growing and thriving! The farm spans two adjacent urban lots on Cleveland's west side with lots of infrastructure and systems already in place. We live here and own the house next door (currently rented to non-farming couple) and an ideal arrangement would be a farm couple/family that wants to pursue farming as a career, live next door, work on the farm with us and ultimately take over the farm. We'd love to talk with anyone interested about a mutually beneficial arrangement!
