Soil type is ellsworth silt loam. Land has been cultivated regeneratively utilizing permaculture principles since 2014. No biocides have been utilized since 2014. Approximately 2500sqft beds have been sheet mulched for the past 8 years consistently with addition of organic matter and the soil in these beds is rich, although has not been tested. Approximately 1100 sqft of hoop house space also has been built up since 2017, although is not as rich.

Semi private accommodations are available with access to shared kitchen and bathroom. Additionally camping is a more affordable option and facilities are also available. Currently up to 3 farm assistants can stay at a time. Rooms are $1000 or $750, inclusive of utilities, and include access to the entire 60 acres.

John Deere X320 lawn tractor w/ trailer, lawn sweeper. 1965 Ford 3000 w/ brush hog.
Farm infrastructure details:
Barn with attached pavilion. Barn has 5 stalls and 6 paddocks for rotational grazing. Currently we have sheep, goats and chickens. The approximately 2400sqft open air pavilion is utilized for processing farm products, hay storage.
