I don't need a lot of rent for the land. Is negotiable. It is possible to purchase some of the land, but could use all of the farmable land.

Additional Information

This is a beautiful farm with a creek, road and railroad thru and near by it. In the past 40 years it has only been farmed two summers back in the 1990's. We have kept it mowed to keep down the tree cover. There is a stand of walnut trees and pine trees. The neighbors near by are very congenial. We have had some issues with ATV's but the neighbors have been watching over the property and have rduced it significantly.

I am open to seeing the land farmed, so open to work out an arrangement that would work. Also, it would be possible to purchase some of the land, while also farm all of it.
