Additional Information

This 21 acres is a truly beautiful place to work.

We have been using primarily a greenhouse and hoophouses to grow specialty crops such as ginger, turmeric, dry beans, herbs, figs, etc.  We have fruit trees and berry bushes around the property.  Potatoes, garlic, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms are grown in the field areas and raised beds.  We are getting older and are not able to properly care for the land.  The farm was started as a response to climate change and uses many permaculture practices.  We would expect anyone farming there to use techniques which are compatible with this vision.  The farm contains this infrastructure -- greenhouse (300 sq.ft.), four hoophouses (6,180 sq.ft. total), cistern (15,000 gal.) woods, two bee hives, pond (2 Acres), solar electric, driveway, barn, fruit trees, berries, small pond (0.5 Acre)

Renter would need references and insurance.
