Additional Information

I have 13.8 acres of land available for short-term lease or long-term lease. There are 3.8 acres total of tillable land that is broken up into 4 different lots around the property. There are 8 acres of pasture land that was previously used for hay land. All of the land is currently unfarmed. There are also 2 acres of unmanaged forest. I have multiple water sources on the property. I am open to structures being added to the property and am also open to leasing to multiple tenants of smaller acreage.

I am primarily interested in having someone who grows flowers, vegetables, and/or christmas trees. In the long term it could be fun to host people on the property for you-pick sessions, farm days, or a farm stand. I am open to other enterprises and am happy to hear your ideas! This property has beautiful views of rolling countryside and is located in a community of other farms. I live here on the property and it is 15-20 minutes south of Athens, OH and Ohio University.
