Current setup includes aquaponics, vermicomposting and rainwater collection, solar and wind powered systems. Both greenhouses are off the grid with one fully powered by renewable energy with backup propane for minimal supplemental winter heating. The other greenhouse is a passive solar high tunnel with in-ground fish tanks with aquaponics. Growing strawberries, raspberries, spearmint and various herbs and botanical crops, including over 100 containers of full-grown Aloe vera plants.
