Please describe your past and/or present farming experience:

My experience primarily is with market garden techniques using real organic approaches. I've grown various crops primarily leafy greens (lettuce, kale, spinach, arugula), root crops (beet, carrot, radish, garlic), tomatoes, peppers, peas, beans, squash and a few herbs like cilantro, basil and parsley. This includes all aspects of farming such as soil tests, crop planning, seed starting in a greenhouse, integrated pest management, harvest and post-harvest (wash and pack), irrigation, data collection, etc. This experience comes from working under various other farm owners / managers as well as reading numerous books and taking masterclasses online (The Market Gardener Institute). As well as trial and error hobby gardening as many of the techniques are the same just on a slightly different scale. I have also managed other employees and volunteers leading the way and creating the daily agenda.
