Please describe your past and/or present farming experience:
Both Hannah and myself started farming in 2016. We worked in New England for two years as apprentices on 2-acres of production using organic growing practices. These were CSA farms, while also selling at farmers markets and to restaurants. Then in 2018, returned to Cleveland to start our own Urban Farm. Primarily grew garlic, while also cultivating mushrooms, mixed vegetables, and cut flowers for bouquets. Sold our garlic at the Cleveland Garlic Festival and our produce at the Tremont farmers market for two years until Covid hit.
Not currently farming, but do have equipment for intensive small-scale production which includes PaperPot transplanter, broad fork, tilther, bed roller, etc.
