Erin and I have established a permaculture orchard over the past 3 years. We have also been raising chickens at our home (26 egg layers currently. I am currently in school for Sustainable Agriculture and hope to graduate shortly. We only have a hobby garden, but I work for a farm 1 day per week currently. We want to get into farming fulltime but need access to farmable land. We do maple syrup tapping, mushrooms and wild foraging on our land.

I do not have a complete business plan and will cater one to the conditions of available land. The primary goal would be to raise meat birds and sustainable vegitables with a mix of perennial crops that well in our area, selected from the 85 varieties of existing permaculture we currently have. Additionally, depending on the lay of the land and location we would like to consider: berry pick yourself, pumpkins, sunflowers (and other flowers), christmas trees, etc.
