Property has been in the family since 1974. It contains appoximately 48 acres total, with woods, field and a creek. It is a beautiful property, in our humble opinion, and is adjacent to one of the covered bridges of Ashtabula. 15-20 acres was farmed by a local farmer, conventional corn/soy roatation, from the 1970's through 2018. We decided to pursue a different path for the property and are looking for someone interested in using the field for regenerative/organic crops or similar. No-till preferred. We will consider offering reduced rent to someone who shares our environmental values and is willing to pursue eco-friendly practices and keep an eye on the property for us. We are also open to partnership possibilities, primarily as an investor, depending on the proposal.
