Additional Information

Land values are shooting up due to the New Albany encroachment along 161. You will be able to sell this place in five years for half again or twice the price. I don't have five years to wait around. Frankly we are selling to move to a smaller, easier place on one level. We have been here for 40 years, worked in Columbus the whole time. Should have put in my own CSA 10 years ago! Property would be superb for a market garden, CSA, alpaca farm, anything that would benefit from being close to the city, yet out enough to still be "country". You can really see the stars at night!
